A Campus Community
Emeritus at Alpine Campus community is home to three different senior living communities that provide increasing levels of care. This means that residents have the security of knowing they can remain on campus, close to their friends and in familiar surroundings, even as their health needs change over time.
Emeritus at Alpine Cottages are set in a beautiful park-like neighborhood, and are perfect for independent residents who live an active lifestyle.
Emeritus at Alpine Springs is our private senior apartment community that provides assisted living care services for residents who need help with personal care or activities of daily living.
Emeritus at Alpine Court is our small, homey memory care community for residents who are living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory loss issues.
The Perfect Location
The Alpine campus is conveniently located just four miles from downtown Eugene, which is just big enough to offer a wide variety of sight-seeing, dining, shopping, entertainment and sports-viewing opportunities. And with easy access to Route 569 (the “Beltline”), we can easily take residents into the beautiful countryside surrounding Eugene.
The PeaceHealth Medical Group, which specializes in geriatric care, is right next door – and Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend, a brand new, state-of-the-art regional medical center, is a quick 10-minute drive west.
This region is filled with abundant beauty and year-round events, such as the Swan Island Dahlia Festival, the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, the Hood River Blossom Festival, the Scandinavian Festival, the annual Quilt Show, the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire, and the Rose Parade in Portland.
We also visit all of the region’s attractions, such as Devil’s Elbow on the Oregon Coast, the Oregon Air and Space Museum, the heirloom rose gardens in St. Paul, the Columbia River Gorge, Storybook Land in Albany, the Peony Gardens in Brooks, the Oregon International Raceway, local gold mines, and the old-fashioned Western town of Sisters.
A Wonderful Selection
The Alpine campus is one big home to three different communities, designed so our residents can age in place as their health needs change.
The Alpine Cottages, for our independent residents, are spacious and light, with huge windows. Each offers two bedrooms, including a master bedroom suite with its own bathroom and sliding doors to a back patio; another full bath; full kitchen; and single-car garage with automatic garage door opener. Our cottage neighborhood is situated on a beautiful park-like setting, perfect for summertime block parties and barbeques!

Welcome to Fox Hollow Residential Care Community
Located in a beautiful, wooded south Eugene setting, Fox Hollow is a 51-apartment residential care community — the finest facility of its type in the Eugene area. We support a resident’s right to remain as independent as possible in a home-like setting.
Each private self-contained apartment with private bath is part of a larger community, including dining and activity areas. At Fox Hollow you have choices about the services you need, the meals you eat and the activities you participate in. It means our staff treats you with the respect and dignity you deserve as a unique individual.
Unlike other facilities, Fox Hollow is small enough to preserve a true home-like atmosphere. We are committed to staying at this size in order to maintain the close relationships that develop between our staff, residents and family members.
A Campus Community
Welcome to the senior campus in Springfield, Oregon – a property that includes The Briarwood and The Woodside – two distinct assisted living communities designed to give seniors the best of all worlds: the opportunity to choose the setting that best reflects their needs and preferences, with full access to everything each community offers.
The Briarwood is an elegant three-story assisted living community with vaulted ceilings, walls of glass and many common areas for conversation, entertaining, enjoying activities or simply relaxing with friends and family.
The Woodside offers the perfect retirement living option for seniors who prefer a slow pace, with fewer neighbors. Less than half the size of Briarwood, Woodside welcomes residents into its warm, homelike embrace – a home in which the staff and residents truly are family. With both communities located right across from each other, residents take full advantage of all the offerings at each community, from our diverse activities calendar and live entertainment to family dinners and excursions outside of the Springfield area.
